Looking to start my 1st DNP cycle soon. Would like to know what the most effective and safest route should be. I'm planning on starting with 10 days of 200mg and see how it goes. I've seen guys threads using 400-800mg and I'm not looking to test the boundaries of science, just lose a few pounds efficiently (not sure how many, but when I see my abs again, I'll let you know). Here's what I need the most help on:
I am also planning on keeping a journal of my diet, exercise and photos of "Pre Cycle 1" to "Post Cycle #1 +3 Days". I don't know what my expectations should be (is 5-10 lbs reasonable???). And also if someone could explain the "rebound" effect I've seen on a few other posts I'd appreciate it. I obviously don't want to gain back my weight (at least not more than 10%), when shoudl "Cycle #2" start? Any real info from the resident experts like Concil or H or whomever would be appreciated. PS: Please don't bother flaming me or posting the "Dude, just up your cardio and tweek your diet" because as stated earlier, I'm looking to get to my goal weight EFFICIENTLY and quickly. |

hey wsup man, im in my first dnp cycle myself, but i pulled alot of info from this site as well as other when i constructed the cycle as far as diet goes, pm me wit ur email, i have my diet on microsoft spreadsheet and will send it 2 u if u want, its very clean, 3000cals, 178g carbs, 341g protein, 83g fat i also have my carb depletion diet on spreadsheet too, will send it if u want i take 3 muti antiox pills, comes to somewhere around 600%dv of vit a, 800% vit c, 1800% vit e, i also take an animal pak so my actual antiox numbers r higher, i also drink 6-8cups of tea a day too to get more antioxs water, i drink at least 2 gals/day, going through about 1/2-3/4gal during workout as far as exercise goes, ull have zero energy, i mean def do it, but keep weights light and about 2-3sets, and cardio....well im dead after about 10 min on the erg machine im running 500mg dnp, wit 10mg dbol and on day 10 of a 14-21day cycle (depends on how much i lose after 14 days) i started the cycle at 215 wit 12%bf, im 10days in, and im down to 207, will get bf% tested again at the end of the cycle, but i went from having no remnants of a 6 pack, to a weak 4pack and the bottom 2 are not far behind pm wit ur email if u want my diets |

Sweet. I'd love to see the spreadsheet. I'm at realgooddaddy at hotmail. I'm getting more comfortable with this stuff the more I read about it. The chemical warnings just sounded pretty scary, but I guess so does aspirin. Are you trying to add muscle weight at the same time by using dbol with DNP or does it serve another purpose...and if so, got a source???? For me, I think 3K calories is more than I will take in...I'm thinking around 2K, but I am sure I have more to lose...at least since I got my Pro-Cubicle Card. I'm currently at 192 and could lose a good 15 no sweat. I think if I can get a good source of gear, I'm going to pull to 175 and then do a good cycle to go the other way but with quality gains to about 195. I could probably do that 2 or 3 times before I looked like the college version of myself.
