Need TEST 400 recomendations asap thnx

ok. i just got a bottle of test 400.

should i take 1 injection a week at 1 ml per shot?

or should i take 2 injections a week at .5ml each?
and why?

I would like A LOT of reccomendation!!!

Do 2 injections of .5 2 times a week to keep your blood levels more stable. You can do 1 shot a week if you prefer also, it's up to you.
