Default New and in need of help!

Hello everyone! I am a new member, looking to make some changes to the bod. I have been actively working out for a couple of years now, my stats are 6'1" 182 lbs. I have a difficult time putting on muscle, and I also have a very difficult time losing the last 10 lbs of fat/flab on my body. I have small problem areas on my love handles and on my chest. I am not really looking to become "huge" by any means, however I would like to add a little mass and get more shredded than I am now.

I am looking for advice on what to take as a first time roids user. I read some articles on the site that suggested using 250mg/week of Sustanon for maybe 6 weeks, then switching over to 400mg/week of Primobolan 2 weeks after last injection of Sustanon for a couple of weeks. It was also suggested to use 50 to 100 mg of Clamid a day while on Primobolan. Would this be sufficient as an eostrogen blocker, or should you stack with something else as well? Do you feel this would be an effective first cycle for what I am trying to accomplish?

Are steroids effective in becoming more shredded and getting leaner, as opposed to really bulking up?

Also, I am currently taking an E/C stack to cut down for the summer. Would it be too hard on the system to stick with an EC stack while doing a cycle? Any information or feedback from some experienced and seasoned veterans would be greatly appreciated!

Age ? Let me say that you will not be able to gain size and weight and cut at the same time.I will bet you if you modified your diet you could grow more lean muscle and not use gear. You would want to bulk up first by heavy weight training and high intake of protien and good cals then later on cut.Give us some more info....

I am a 29 years old. I am aware that I will not be able to cut and gain muscle mass at the same time. I am going for a more athletic looking body than a bodybuilder type body. Not really sure if this gives you the info you are looking for. I am currently on a high protein diet, taking in roughly 1g protein for every pound of body weight. I am also taking flax oil with my protein shakes, usually 2.5 tbsp per day. My carb intake is roughly 0.8g/carbs for every pound of body weight. I am eating mostly fish, chicken and eggs as protein sources. My calorie intake would be around 2000 calories per day. Let me know if this helps. Thanks

In your original post you stated that you wanted to get rid of love handles and lower body fat and gain some muscle..this is what I meant by not cutting and gaining at the same time. You need to decide if you want to gain size first or lose wieght first. With the diet you are currently on now you will not gain any muscle mass if you are exercising. If i were you i would consume 270 grams of protien per day and up my cals to 3500 minimum for 12 weeks and use a power lifter routine in the gym with minimal cardio..my carbs would come from good sources but i would not get too strict with that. After 12 weeks I would still consume 270 grams of protien, cut out dairy, sugar and carbs from bread, flour, and wheat and still eat 3500 minimum cals and switch to higher rep and lighter weights and add in 30-40 minutes cardio 5 x per week for another 4-6 weeks. Then re examine things and go from there. You could even add an eca stack during this time.

I guess with the summertime coming and all, I would be more focused on really cutting down, and then when september hits, focus on gaining muscle mass. I am currently taking an E/C stack now. I suppose it would make more sense to bulk up over the winter months, and then cut down for the summer time. I will definetly use your suggested calorie intake when I do decide to really bulk up. If I wanted to maximize gains, would the supps suggested in my first post be effective in doing that? Also, do people ever take roids to really cut down, is there a good mix to take when trying to cut down, or is it much better to use them to really bulk up, and then cut down without the use of steroids after? I am assuming once you have added alot of muscle mass, cutting down becomes much easier? Anyways I raelly appreciate the info you have given me so far. Look forward to hearing your next response. Thanks

Summer is best for cutting because your apetite is suppressed in the summer.you can eat much more in the winter.Guys do not really use steroids to cut..they are on steroids when they diet down and cut..the steroids help keep the muscle from wasting away during this process.
When you are ready to bulk sustanon would be a good choice..first cycle would be 250 mgs sust every week for 12 weeks ,using hcg along the way and followed by 6 weeks of nolva at 20 mgs per day.

If you have been working out for years and are still facing problems with love handle and leaness. I would suggest taking a good look at your diet and training routine. A set diet with everything layed out for you exactly. From what to eat for breakfast an exact time to have snacks and what snacks. Basically just a written scdeule of foods and don't go off of whats written down. Also the exact same thing with training (I'm not saying this is you) if you go to the gym with out a set routine to follow for about at least three months with every cardio and weight training exercise right there on paper layed out. You have a tendouncy to skip and miss things or slack off. if you don't have all the knowledge nessecary to make your diet and training routine hire a nutritionist and trainer. Also research, research, research if you decide to do a cycle do your home work first and always know exactly what your doing. It's not just some magic juice diet and training are still 80% of what going to get you looking the way you want. I have found that most people who have been working out for years and still haven't seen the results there looking for usually haven't followed a written diet and routine exactly or not at all.
