Default New cycle advice

I'm actually about to start my 3rd cycle and I'm not really sure which route to go. My first 2 cycles were strictly sust at 500mg/wk and deca at 600mg/wk. First one was a little over 3 years ago, 2nd cycle just ended in july. I didn't gain any weight whatsoever and 2 weeks after I finished I dropped 10 lbs almost immediatley. Very disappointing after gaining 20lbs the first time around. I'd like to incorporate dbol or anadrol in this, as I've never used either. And unfortunately my only experience is with a sust/deca combo, so I'm not really sure what my next cycle should consist of. After the strenght/size I've lost from my last cycle, I want to gain as much back as possible. Thanks in advance. If it helps at all, I'm 6'1" and 210 lbs with roughly 11% bf. I'll be ending the cycle with winny as well for sure.

Thats totally odd that you didn't gain any. You are pretty close to my size except you're 2 inches taller. I started my last cycle at 207 and went up to 230. I'm at 220 now and have been for over 3 weeks. So, I'm equatting that to 13 pounds of meat...hopefully. Anyway, I'm anxious to know what your diet and training were like. During my third cycle my diet wasn't where it should be and like you, gains were paltry at best. This time around I put away 4000-4500 cals per day with 1.5 g protein per pound, the rest good complex (low gi) carbs except right after I worked out where I had a baked potato or pasta. I have done Sust/Deca/Dbol cycles and was pleased with the results, but I must say Test Enanthate really stood out this time. Here's what my cycle looked like.

week 1 - 1000ml Test E/600 ml Deca
week 1 - dbol 25mg ED
week 2-9 750 ml test e/400 ml deca (I did 500test and 200 deca one day and 250test/200deca 3 days later)
week 2-4 dbol 30mg ED
week 10-12 anavar 40mg/day
week 13 - PCT

Also, I did only compound movements and lifted heavy throughout, starting with 65% 1RM and adding 5% each week. The info that I received here at MESO truly aided me in achieving a satisfying result. I hope this helps bro.
