Hey i'm about to start a cycle and i really want to make sure i do everything perfectly. Here’s the cycle followed bye the question: deca 400mg/week, sust250 415mg/week both for 12 weeks, and dbol 30mg a day for the first 4 weeks. I'm also taking vitamin b6 at 200mg a day. Now my question is what workout should I do with this stack? I've been doing the 5x5 I read on animalmass's post of workouts for about 6 months. I know this is a mass building work out, but should I continue with the 5x5 or switch it up?

That will work better for you. it will be easier for you to start the proper pct. Change you work out when your body stops responding. I change mine up about every 3-4 months.
To be honest I found it really easy to grow on gear.
To give you an example I always got between 6-10 reps with 225 on the bench, during the cycle I wanted to find out how many reps with 225 I could do and ended up doing 18 reps.
So you will have to guage your workouts with each week as I noticed I went up in all my lifts even though I have been lifting for 28 years.
Carefull though as I did get an injury after doing 335 on the bench which was above my natural limits.
I am more of a HIT guy myself but I found it rather easy to grow on gear if you are eating.
Most guys that dont grow on gear are not taking advantage of the positive nitrogen ballance gear puts you in.
Keep an eye on testicular atrophy, if this happens you will need some HCG to get that in order or recovery will take longer.
Alright thanks for the advice, I'll look into the HCG before i start to make sure i can get some. As for the work out I just want to match it up best with this type of cycle. I know this is a mass building cycle so i want to make sure i do the best workout for this type of build. I also want to make sure i grow evenly everywhere over my body. I've been thinking about doing the HDFT but wasn't sure if that would be a good workout for it. If anyone has any advice on that please let me know!
