Hello eveyone, I have started my first cycle, took the first shot today (not bad at all). I am 38 years of age and have been lifting seriously for 5 years now. 6'5 215lbs 10% bf, let me know your thoughts on my cycle, my main concern is bloating, acne and of course gyno.
Re: New to the forum, first cycle, first shot today!
I would add some HCG even at that level even if 250-500iu a week or last two weeks agetr cycle end you can never be too safe and 500mg is def enought to shut you down..... overall very good first cycle. Should get great gains if you eat well and work. hard.......do not expect much for the first three weeks.......then boom....and I mean that in a good way.
Re: New to the forum, first cycle, first shot today!
Thanks for the feedback guys, I appreciate the help. I will keep you posted on my progress. I am looking forward to that fourth week to see where I am at.

I will wait for the BOOM...will I start to feel anything sooner, extra energy, well being etc. before then?
I do eat well and work hard, so that should take care of itself.
Re: New to the forum, first cycle, first shot today!
