Just dropping in to say hello

My current stats are:
Age: 21
Height: 6'2"
Weight: 216lbs (ish)
BF%: Unknown
Training Exp: 3 years

I joined this particular forum because i'm currently doing as much research as possible for my first AAS cycle!

Diet:
My diet is good, i'd like to say it was brilliant but i don't count cals or macro's to the exact but i have a good estimation of how much i require when either bulking or cutting.

Training:
I've experimented with both splits & FBW's, and ATM im on a solid 4 day split aimed at hypertrophy. I would probably up it to 5 days after starting a cycle.

Cycle Thoughts
So far i've been thinking of maybe a Sustanon & Deca cycle, with clomid PCT. I'm quite keen on Deca for its low(er) androgenic side effects.

Also i won't be doing this, but out of interest is it really that bad to run a Deca only cycle lol, could anybody explain? I mean all i'm aware of is that libido would be virtually nil. Has anybody actually done this?

Yes, it is bad to run a DECA only cycle. You will get much better gains out of a test and DECA cycle. Also, running DECA only will not only kill youir libido but will also most likely make you unable to get a hardon..........seems like a side I would really really like to try and avoid. Running test at a reasonable level 500mg per week will come with minimal sides but with PROPER diet and PROPER training will generate great results.....so NO Deca only, you could consider test only.

Welcome. As these other guys said, You need Testosterone. It should be the base of any cycle. Generally test only is recommended for a first cycle. You can use d-bol also with it. 500mg per week of Test Enanthate or Sustanon for 10 to 12 weeks is all you will need.

Welcome. Nice to have someone show up and actually introduce themselves without asking for a source. Almost everybody that is to be trusted around here will tell you to run test on your first. Read the stickies, and you will see your test/deca cycle all laid out for you. Good luck, and listen to these guys. I did, and I'm glad I did.

Yea i'm not stupid enough to do a cycle without test anyway, it's just good to get extra confirmation.

I know a few idiots who go to my gym who don't have a clue what they're doing and will just bang anything in them without any knowledge what so ever of AS or even diet & training for that matter!
