you really need to a lot more real food too.. you look a lot more ecto than anything. A little bf won't hurt you.. You look like you're only getting about 2500-3000 calories per day you need to up that to about 4000-5000 calories. Most of those should come from real protein and good fats like olive oil.

Thanks. I definately need more meats in my diet.

I include about 2 scoops of olive oil with every meal replacement. I put ALOT into my shakes so in reality my caloric intake is never below 3500.

I am definately ecto.

Alright guys.

I have began counting my calories this week just to make sure I am eating enough and so far the lowest of the seven days was about 4000.

My dieting has been excellent and I got my blood work done today. I will have the results within a week and will most likely begin using monday morning.

Not to confuse the issue any further but my first cycle I ran 250 mgs test for 13 weeks and gained 30 lbs.

Got a call from the doctor's office....


I am good to go!


I began my cycle today. I was so nervous / excited. Here is how I will run everything -

Weeks 1-10: Test E 500mg/week. (250 Sunday, 250 Wednesday)
Week 12: Nolva 40mg ED
Week 13: Nolva 40mg ED
Week 14: Nolva 20mg ED
Week 15: Nolva 20mg ED

I will be using 23-1" needles. Should be good for Glutes, Thighs, and Delts, correct?

My first pin was today in my left delt. Went in smooth as hell. Didn't feel a thing besides my sweaty palms A little bit of bleeding that clotting factors took care of in about 5 seconds.

A half hour after my first injection, I hit the gym. Obviously it is too early for any gains, but I must say it was the best workout of my entire life. All due to my mentality of course. I set PR's in all lifts (lifted shoulders today). Felt absolutely amazing.

I'm not really gonna do an official log, but I will def keep you guys posted on progress and I'm sure I will have lots of questions!

Just a quick update -

It's now friday and my first pin was wednesday afternoon. Most people complain of really bad soreness at the injection site. I, however, didn't feel even the slightest amount of soreness in my delt. None. Is this common at all?

Also, I understand that blood plasma levels take a while to react, so it is probably just a coincidence, but my last two nights have been nothing but sex dreams

Hit legs super hard today.


One thing I noticed throughout the entire workout, was my thirst. I felt like I could not get enough water. I was at the gym for an hour and literally drank about a gallon. After every set I had cotton mouth and just craved water. Anyone else experience this??

Keep in mind, this is only day 3

Yeah, thats what I was thinking. The kids got his diet in pretty good check, seems pretty heads up. Run that bitch 12 weeks, no problem. But at 500EW.
