stating the obvious.Okay,now i would reccomend a 2 week on,2 week off cycle.That would be 2 weeks of
clen,then 2 weeks of ECA(ephedrine,caffeine,asprin).
Clen loses its effects after about 18 days so the 2 week cycle is a good choice.First you need to assess your tolerance to clens side effects.The first 2 week cycle will find this out.Start at 20mcg a day then every couple of days increase it by 20mcg until you find it uncomftable.Then you know you are at your max.My max is about 100 to 120mcg a day.You will get shaking and feel jittery anyway but when it becomes not nice then stop increasing the dose.Stick to the dose you are happy with.
Clen does not need to be cycled up and down in dosage so the next time you start your 2 week cycle you start at the max dose for the whole 2 weeks.Take all the dose in one go in the morning,believe me you will get the worst of the effects out of the way like this.If you get any chest pains then stop immediately and see your doc.You can run this 2 on,2 off cycle as long as you see fit really although if you do lose the weight try and keeep it off naturaly rather than relying on drugs.As for buying

clen as they WILL be scammers looking to rip you off.Try emailing a few of the vets who may help you out.Just look how long they have been a member and total posts etc. and you will see the well known guys.I
