hey everyone, im new to this site and i just after a little help, i been working out for bout 2yrs now and not getting results as quick as i had wished, im 168cm tall, 85kg and have 30.5% body fat, i would like to be about 80kg but ripped, pretty close to a male stripper body. the time has come to consider steriods. i was just wondering if anyone knew which one i would be best getting on? i have researchered and i seem to believe that SUSTANON 250 would be the best for me but if anyone has a better suggestion please help me.

Welcome to the Forum bro ... k lets first ask you a few questions ... its not hard to lose the bodyfat man ... but we need to know a few things dude ...

A) ... 30% is your current body fat?
B) ... How old are you?
C) Whats your Training Routine Like
D) How much Sust do you have (heard its hard as hell to get "down under")


and now to the news you dont wanna hear bro ... that body fat is really highy ... gyno could be a problem at higher bodyfat percentages ... lets see this routine fiirst ... and your diet if you can provide it ... or even roughly how you eat ... even when you go on the sauce, ur gonna have to heat real good ... to keep the muscle

DO NOT do Sustanon at 80kg and 30% BF. Results don't always happen as quick as you'd like. Steroids won't make you lose fat.

You need to change your diet around and get on that cardio HARD. Don't even worry about muscle or gaining weight right now. Get on a healthy diet and get your bodyfat down to about 18-20%

There's no easy way around it.

There is no easy way around it for sure but there are some things you can take to speed up the process..NOT ANABOLICS though !

Cut out the XXXX Gold and the Hungry Jacks.
You don't want to be doing steroids with those stats. You'll just puff up and look like a dumpster.
Get the fat off first,get down to a low BF%.
It wont take long if you train and eat smart. You need to acquire the basic disciplines of diet and correct training to meet you're goals.

At 30% I would just try to refine your diet as much as you can along with weight training and a boatload of cardio. After a good month or two of that you could try an ECA stack to get the weight down even more. If you were to cycle anything, You will be 100x happier with the results if your at a much lower BF%
