15 kg is quite a large gain for one cycle; it's definitely possible, but I doubt you would keep all 15 kg gained during the cycle.

It would be wise to use arimidex or letrozole throughout your cycle and keep nolvadex on hand to combat gyno should it get past the arimidex.

No, not unless you have some genetic predisposition towards any of those problems. In a normal healthy adult male, it shouldn't be a problem. Yes, it would be wise to have your blood checked periodically. Also be sure to take equal time off.

Not trying to flame ya, but if you've been training for a long time, at 5' 10" I would suspect you'd weigh more than 80kg. What's your diet and training look like? You best check out the 5x5 sticky in the training forum. Get your training and diet right for bulking, and then when your training and diet are very good, add the
AAS and you'll see nice results. Using
AAS without proper diet and training will not yield the results you want(15kg).
