Hey everybody .
I'm glad that I found this board.
My name is Denis . I'm not into bodybuilding but I've been doing karate for 9 years ... so I guess it makes me allowed to take a spot on this "sport club" board :-)
As I said I wasn't into body building but I have something that will be inetesting for all athlets and especially bodybuilders !!! Will spam you with detales later .... lol

Let me ask you something as soon as you are the first one I'm talking on this board to and you seems to be not a newbie in here : How do ppl react on spams here ? What if I have something to offer that you can't get anywhere in the North America yet and that is really GOOD ?
