I am new to forums and don't know exactly what to ask and not to ask. I am in my 3rd year of lifting and last year I started ergopharms 1-ad. In 2 weeks I went from 185 to 205 and added 75 pounds to my bench. The third week I had an allergic reaction. My skin wepted up all over and my eyes were blood red. It took me over a month to get over it. My questions are does any body know what happened and any suggestions on what to take to get those gains again.

well, i think you would have gotten the allergic reaction a lot earlier if it was from the 1-ad. you most likely got the reaction from something else. to get those gains again, just redo what you did the first time.

however, i'm assuming that you lost all the gains you got from the 1-ad cycle. this means that you have a bad training/diet regimen. work getting that up to par before you try and do another cycle. think about it, if you do another cycle of 1-ad with your same regimen, you will most likely lose the gains again, which would make the cycle pointless.

I am still at 205 I just lost the strength. I also tried to take the 1-ad again and broke out the first day that I took it.
