Hello wanted to introduce myself and start milking everyone for knowledge. My name is Lauren, Lil L. I am 27 and getting back into lifting after being out of it for the past year. I am looking for more information regarding other great forums. Any help would be great! Thanks

lol, thats kind of what I gethered from checking this one out for a few weeks before joinging. I'm digging it seems like a pretty good group of people. I've already learned a lot and gotten quite a few laughs.

PX90 is actually good for people that are getting back into working out, or just people looking to change things up. If you are a hard core lifter, the only benefit you will get will be from the flexabilty and core strength gains.
