Newbie here...need some advice ?

Hello to all, I am not newbie to bodybuilding, I was natural for almost 10years now. But it is time to step it up to the next level. I have some basic knowledge about staroids...but it is very basic. I have done some Prohoromnes in the post and Superdrol...so I guess I am not natural ) anymore.

Anyhow my goal is to gain around 5lb of mass, at the same time loose fat (so being able to do some sort of cardio without cramps during cycle).
I dont want to lose my hair, so that side effect is out of the question.

I was thinking about something mild like Anavar or Winstrol, but Winstrol is bad for male patter boldness...so i am stuck with Anavar.
Can someone tell me from his experiance what can I expect from it ??
Is there anything else I should consider (non-injectables) ??

alot of people will tell you if you not ready for inj than your not ready for gear. if you run the winny you will need some test(inj). so i would suggest anavar. it will give you the five pounds your looking for. but if you through some test in there, you would have a much stronger cycle with alot more gains.

I like turranabol... Anavar is a great drug though... for some reason my body responds really well... er... well.. my body responded really well to it in the past. Never had an issue with it. Turranabol by BD is pretty good stuff... though I belive some UG labs make it too... You arent going to go bald from one cycle of winny though...

winny - 50mg per day tabs
anavar - 35-50mg per day tabs
Turranabol - I belive the best results I had were at like 50-60mg per day

I dont remember the cycle length for these... I belive winny is no more than 6 weeks, var I dont know... ive ran it as long as 12 at lower doses (30mg)... turranabol... dont know, but ive ran it as long as 10-12 weeks too ...again lower doses..(30mg). Its up to you... I think the rule of thumb for orals is no longer than 6 weeks as its tough on the liver.


hope that helps... I wouldnt expect much from this cycle though... just train like crazy and eat well ... oh and sleep well... while you are on.. you should be able to get to your goals.
