Lightbulb Newbie needs help

Straight and to the point! Im 23, 5'9'', 167lbs. I have 2700mg of methyl 1-test, 5000mg EQ, 1500mg Test prop, 1500mg sustanon, and 2500mg dbol. What do you think of 500mg EQ, 300mg test prop, and 210mg methyl 1-test a week over a 5 week period? Then maybe followed with another 500mg EQ, 250mg sustanon, 350mg dbol over the next 5 weeks. This is what i kinda had in mind along with Arimedex durring and clomid post cycle. Need advice on anything you think. This is what i have to work with. Help me put something together. Thanks

Is this your first cycle? if not how many?

If I were you I would trade, or sell the prop for more Sust, actually ideally I would sell them and get some Enanthate, but either way.

Then I would do:

wks 1-11: 500mg TestE(or sust)
wks 1-10: 400mg eq/wk
wks 1-4: 40mg Dbol/day


I would leave the M1t for another cycle. You dont want to run it with the Dbol, and I wouldnt run any oral longer that 5-6 weeks.


btw..At your height you should weigh more before hittin the juice. Make sure your diet, training, and sleep are in check before you start. Juice is last among all these for gaining....good luck

Yes this will be my first cycle. So is Enanthate better than both prop and sust. I thought prop and sust delivered more solid gains without a lot of water retention compared to enanthate? Doing you're recommended cycle below, what type of gains would i be expecting?

Some people swear that prop makes them hold less water, but I never noticed that. If your using the rigth anti-e's, it shouldn't matter. It's alot easier to keep your blood levels steady with a one ester Test like Enanthat, or cypionate rather than Sust. Some people swear by sust, but I want my blood levels as staedy as possible(less side effects).

I ran a cycle almost identical to the one I posted for my first, and loved it. I gained 30 lbs and kept around 22. The good thing about the EQ is that it should make you hungry, which will help you eat enough to grow.

Make sure you get enough sleep, I recommend at least 8 . Be careful not to overtrain, and hurt yourself with the rapid strenght increases you will have.

I cant stress enough how important your diet is. ITS NUMBER ONE. At your weight I would recommend trying to get 300 grams of protein, but at least 285. As far as calories, everyone is different. At your weight I needed 4000 cals to grow well. Check the Diet forum for more help. Im not an expert, but I know the basics.

don't you think 250mg sustanon every 4 days would be enough, perhaps 20-30mg dbol/day

i also think that stuff with prop holding less water is bullshit, testosterone is testosterone, if you got probs with water eat less carbohydrates, with the dossage above you should at least not need any anti-e's at all

If AAS were a master's degree, you would be in junior high. 23? 167? Dude, you have a lot of room to grow naturally. Natural growth = strong, dense muscle tissue. Why are you selling yourself short? Go to the training forum and choose 5 hardcore plans. Do each for 8 weeks. Eat 1.5 g protein/lb bodyweight (that's 250 grams/day for you). There's 1000 calories, now you need 1500-2000 more. Eat around 50 grams of fat/day (mostly from fish if you can). There's 440 calories. That's 1440 total...and we're halfway there. Now for the other 1500 calories, you will need 375 grams of carbs. For your carbs, choose; oats, brown rice, pasta (post workout), couscous, and sweet potatoes. post workout is when you should eat a high glycemic index (gi) carb meal like a baked potato or the affore mentioned pasta. Eat plenty of meat as your primary protein source. Supplement with creatine and you WILL pack on muscle.

After 8 weeks, adjust your calories accordingly since you WILL be heavier. For example, you go from 167 to 175 in 8 weeks. re-calculate your protein requirement. You might even up total calories by 500 every 8 weeks. Get lots and lots of sleep (7-8 hours). Do this to the tee and if you dont pack on some meat, I'll apologize since I obviously didn't know what I was talking about.

Bro. You may be right, but if wants to do the cycle and you think he shouldnt, dont sit there an tell other bros not to give advise about cycles. If he wants to do it hes gunna do it. So why dont you tell him the right way to do ithe cycle instead of going "your not ready for it." Give him some freakin' info. And thats not a flame, more like a "spark."

Not may be, I am right. And yes, others should look at the whole picture before turning this guy into a pin cushion and setting him up for failure. Just my .02 He won't get any really "good" advice from the well respected bros here because he isnt ready. So if you say he is going to do it anyway, good luck and he deserves all that he has coming to him.

Thats bullshit.
I dont think he's ready to juice, but i suggested a cycle "if" he is dead set on it.
If we don't give sound advice to newbies, whether we think they should juice or not, then were only doing our sport and lifestyle a dis-service.

What happens when he screws himself up? He ends up on the News from liver/kidney failure b/c AAS. Then the politicians have even more of a hard on to destroy our lifestyle. Not to mention nobody deserves to screw themselves up for life because of one bad decision, and being un-informed.

Again, at his age, weight I dont think he should be juicing, but if hes gonna do it, hes gonna do it. Notice I emphasized the diet. He might as well do it right.

Desert, thanks for the natural advice and thanks for nothing in the steroid field. I'll deserve what i get coming? Everyone esle was right, thats some bullshit! mrpg13's the only one thats really given me what i asked for. Also I just noticed after reading all your post that i made a typo. Im not 167lbs, im 176lbs; don't know how much of a difference that'll make though. But weather i take the shit now or later, im gona need advice guys, so lets hear what those who know have to say.

yes that makes a difference, and is only 24 lbs short of where you should be. Give yourself the benefit of the doubt. Bust your ass in the gym and eat, eat, eat. Have you noticed any mods post to this? Know why? When you're ready you'll have more than enough bros willing to help. And MRPG13 I wasn't trying to ruffle any feathers, you just didn't EMPHASIZE the he isnt ready.

bro i have to agree with ya here. why r you taking so much for a first cycle. if you get sides you wont know whats giving em to you. dude i dont flame people but im just being for real. you dont sound like you know much man. but thats ok because we are all still learning. how long have you really been training? dude if your diet and training isnt right then youll gonna lose it anyway.
i think desert was a bit harsh, but he has a point. this is some some serious shit your jumping in to. TEST ONLY FIRST CYCLE TO SEE HOW YOU RESPOND (SUST IS FINE). add other anobolics next cycle. stop being so anxious man. youll grow in due time. good luck.
