Ok, I was caught in a bind, I had to order my cutting cycle this past week due to time restrictions and availability. I submitted a post out here earlier and was told I needed to do more research, because I lacked knowledge on what I should do. So I figured I'd start that now with some of your opinions. I did go a head with the order, and this is what I got: Quantity/ Type /Manufacturer ------------------------------------------------------------------------ (2) /Testosteron Propionate /British Dragon (3) /Trenabol Acetate /British Dragon (5) /winstrol, stanozolol injectable /EC Labs (1) /Arimidex /Zeneca Now, keep in mind, I had to get the order in, so I am aware that I may have not made the best purchase. That is ok though, I have no problem setting some of it aside and waiting for a future cycle with it. I have will power. My question is, what is the best cylce I can put together with what I have above. This is what I came up with for the CUTTING cycle last night. Test P - 100mg every 3rd day - 8 weeks It would look like this, (M/TH/SU, WE/SA/TU, and so on) I'm unsure if this is enough, maybe I should run it only the first 4 weeks? Tren (1st time using) - 75mg EOD - 8 weeks Win (1st time using) - 50mg ED - 8 weeks Arimidex - .5mg EOD - weeks I run Test-P (note, on my last cycle I ran the same prescript on Arimidex and felt an itch, so I bumped it up to 1mg EOD, is it ok to go back down to .5mg? I would like to keep this as low as possible.) Also, my current stats: 6', 245lbs, 16-18%BF. 28 yrs old. Have been working out since I was 15. Pass usage: I did experiment with roids in college, had good results but bad input as to what I was doing. I ran Deca, Primo(which I loved), and Sust all at the same time for over 12 weeks and gained 30lbs. Also, I got a small result of gyno from that cycle which made me stop. I realize I was stupid, but had bad advice from the seller and just got carried away. I was 21 at the time. That was my last cycle up to 10 weeks ago, when I ran: Test Cyp - 100mg EOD - 8 weeks Dbol - 30 mg ED - 6 weeks Arimidex, as stated above This was a good cycle for me, I used it to jump start my workouts. I was out of the gym because of work for the prior 6 months. I am now right back to where I was before I stopped working out and am happy with the results. For the time off between I have started my diet and cardio to start shedding as much BF as I can before I start the next cycle listed above. This consists of: CARDIO - 45 minutes (M,T,WE,F,S) on treadmill, 3% incline, 3.5mph Legs - Monday Chest - Tuesday Back - Wednesday Rest - Thursday Shoulders - Friday Arms - Saturday Rest - Sunday Diet is as follows for the next 8 weeks before cycle: 0600 - Dymetadrine (300mg Ephedra) 0630 - Cardio 0730 - Post Cardio - Myoplex 1000 - Dymetadrine, 4 whole eggs, 1 cup oats, Yogurt, Pure Pro Shake, Banana 1230 - Sweet Potato, Yogurt, (2) cans tuna 1400 - Dymetadrine 1600 - Pre lift, Double whey shake, Redline 1800 - Dymetadrine, BCAA's 1830 - Post lift, Myoplex 1930 - (2) Chicken Breast, Broccoli, Sweet Potato, Banana 2030 - Isopure 2300 - Pre Bed, Double Whey Shake, 4 capsules 6-OXO Thanks for taking the time to read. I would run the test 1 week longer than the tren I do not feel winny is even needed in a tren cycle but run it the last 6 weeks of the cycle not the entire cycle otherwise I think you are gonna be fine if the winnny doesnt kill your joints

I'd cut out the complex carbs on this meal, just a suggestion. 1930 - (2) Chicken Breast, Broccoli, Sweet Potato, Banana I'm going to be running a simular cycle for ten weeks leading up to a NPC BB show this summer. I also seem to be sensitive to gyno so I going to watch my test, dosages for now on. Here is my planned cycle, might be of some help, maybe not. 1-6 prop EOD 1-9 Tren EOD 5-10 Winny EOD 7-10 Halotest |

I like that cycle, I was thinking it may make more sense to use the Prop upfront as well. Why the winny EOD and not ED? Have you ran the winny and tren together before? Yeah, for now I'm keeping the carbs for my dinner, but will eventually cut them out over time. Maybe I'll just run the tren and prop and save the winny for a later cycle. Or, I can see how I react to the tren in the first few weeks and add the winny in late like you have. What's the deal with "Fina Dick"? Anyone run into this? If so, was it first time on Tren? Another thing I have noticed from my last cycle was nose bleeds, I have had them pretty bad, and was wondering if this is a side affect of arimidex? I've been off it for a week and a half now and they seem to be getting better. |

Last yr I ran tren and winny EOD for 10 weeks while dieting for a show and had no problem til the last week before the show (Fina dick). I was doing two hrs of cardio (won't do that again) so really I was just too tired, the week after I was fine. If I wasn't doing a show I think Prop and tren would work really good, think Ill try that next winter. |

do you remember your weight before and post cycle? Also, how much BF would you say you loss? I have done the 2 hours of cardio a day before and it does suck, especially when you are dieting, though I have gotten good results. I will stick to 45 minutes in the early morning for the next 6-7 weeks, then start the cycle, still do cardio at same rate, and then I will do 45min morning and 45min at night for the last week of the cycle/diet. thanks for the time. |

I went from about 192 down to 175.5. Im 5'6 and compete as a middle weight. My bodyfat was around 10% and I got down in the 5% range which still wasn't low enough. This yr I'm starting about the same weight but leaner so its going to be tough getting down to the middle weight. I think I over did the cardio last yr so I wouldn't recommend 2 hr unless you are in a big hurry cause I feel you will lose some muscle, at least I did. Also I'd add time slowly like 15 minutes every two weeks. |
