next cycle - 1st since surgery..

had the shoulder surgery (tore labrum) on may 11, 04.... been in rehab since then and have a couple more weeks of it till i'm cut lose... but i still will not be able to start light lifting till october and heavy liftin in november... i was plannin on doin a doin a cycle beginning in mid-march once i've gained most everything back... this will be 10 months post-surgery and 4+ months after i will have been already heavy liftin...

it wil be a summer cycle... tryin to just gain a little size and strength to get back without much bloat for summer and for "privacy"...

i was thinkin

weeks 1-8: 150mg prop eod
weeks 1-8: 30mg var ed
weeks 1-8: .25mg adex ed
then normal pct...

if you can.... bump the var up to 50mg/ED. if not, then 40mg/ED. if not...then 30mg/ED looks good , along with the prop.
