Whazzzzzzzzzup!?! Okay, I'll admit it. I've been really lazy for the past three months. I haven't worked out seriously. I've been eating like a mere mortal. But come Monday it'll be alright. I'm gonna start a 5 day a week morning cardio program, 3-5 day a week lifting program and a steroid cycle. I'll clean up the diet, and go for an average of 2,500 cals per day. I'm gonna post pics and keep a pretty tight log of everything. I'll put the training in the training forum and the diet in the diet forum with the details to each plan (if anybody's interested).
The cycle will go as follows:

anavar 50mg/day
1-16
test e 500mg/week
1-16
eq 500mg/week
I will lower my bodyfat and also add a few pounds of quality muscle with this cycle. I hope to be around 10% bodyfat and weighing 210-220 by the end. We'll see how it goes. Any advice is always welcomed. Pics will be posted by Monday with updates coming every two weeks or so.
