Next level Eq/Sust cycle?

I'm a 5'-10", 175 lb, 25 yr old athlete (baseball) with only one AS cycle under my belt (good, lasting results). I'm really looking to take it to the next level as far as strength and size is concerned. I want to avoid as much 'bloat' as possible and stay lean. I'm thinking about 400 mg Eq and 500 mg Sust per week with 25 mg/day of Proviron to cut any potential bloat. Any sugestions? Duration? PCT? Thanx in advance!

12 weeks of each- load both- double the weekly dose the first week. Use 20mg of nolvadex with one proviron each day and that will keep bloat right off. As far as Pct regime goes there a couple of ways I have used- Hcg 1500iu 3 times a week half way through the cycle and in the last week- or 250-500iu twice a week each week from the start until the last week i prefer the latter. That can be altered further to 500iu x 2 a week until week eleven- then use 500iu every day for 10 days- I have yet to try this method but will do next cycle. Whichever method you choose- week 14 start clomid with 300-400mg then 50mg a day for 4-6 weeks.
