I'm 6'1 27years old-right now I weight 220lbs with about 6% bodyfat (Ken shamrock style)
I think that I can get up to about 230lbs without looking too bulky

sust.-I've heard of guys using up to 3g a week...I think that eventually I might be able to go up to 2g a week without the worry of water retention.
I was also wondering what some people use for bridge cycles (dbol?)
and if it's better to use a bridgle cycle or to cut back the time between cycles?
right now I do 10 weeks on and then off
would I better to bridge or to go 10 weeks on and then 8 weeks off
