Default no one will answer shit anywhere else."wrists"

is it possible to work out the same body part too much too often to the point where your muscles actually get smaller for some reason? also, my wrists and the tendons in my wrists have fet broken for the last 3 weeks. i fight through the pain and lift anyways but the next morning my wrists feel like they are like 117 years old and shit, always cracking and the tendons are fuckin shredded sore all the time.what the fuck is this?

p.s. i lift heavy weights with heavy reps and i do not wear gloves or wrist wraps.

Bulkman,

Of course you can train too often...Listen to your body. Pain means bad.

Most likely your wrists are suffering from repetitive motion disorder or carpal tunnel like symptoms.

Take a few days off and let them heal. Then come back and cycle your body parts so that you give em a rest in between. Wear wrist wraps to support the tendons for a while then try it without the wraps...Slowly. If they still hurt take more time off. It sucks being injured and taking time off cause you lose gains but it's worse having the injury linger for a year.

Eat well and often and use your head...

I guess I didn't ask if you were taking HGH. That could be a whole different ballgame.

HGH can effect the bones of the wrists, elbow, ankles, skull, etc. There are also some possibilities of connective tissue edema which could get serious.

There is no real quick fix, no 100% safe Rx. The fact is...Humans are fragile.

Be safe
