Nolva as PCT and @ what doses???

Running HCG at the moment and thinking of using Nolva for pct as I've heard great things about it. I have heard 40 mg 1st week 20 mg 2nd 10mg for last 2 weeks(all doses ED of course) Seems excessive though, any input from bros out there who have run nolva in place of clomid?

Basic Nolvadex PCT:
Days 1 to 14: 40mg ED
Days 15 to 30: 20mg ED

Some people take 80mg the first day then 40mg till day 14 and 20mg till the end.

I awlays just run the nolva @ 20mgs a day throught out the course of my PCT and it works fine for me that way.

i usually run nolva at 40mg for the 1st week, then 20mg for the following 3....works well for me....but it doesnt matter....40mg for 1 week or 2....youll still get great results.....LP

I've been running it @20mg thru out my cycle and will stay the same thru PCT. along with clomid and HCG..............11

I ran it 80mg for day 1.
40mg for 15 days
20 mg for 15 days
I am on my last day of pct I have kept a solid 20lbs off of my last test/Dbol cycle.
