I would ask you keep clean for a few years and learn to understand your body and proper lifting and diet...I didnt start roids until my late 20's and started lifting seriously in high school....I studied
aas for one year before I used...read about every article and forum I could get my hands on....
but I know the excitement of having
aas on hand and the stigma it has...
no disrespect but how can you be lifting properly and having a proper diet at only 20.....I literallly started lifting at the age of 10 when I got my first weight set...had no idea what to do...that was in the 70's..
I lifted seriously in high school and had a half ass routine that helped but not to my potential...it took a lot of mistakes in training/diet/resting/supplements to learn my body and what worked for me...to tell you the truth that didnt happen until my late 20's..unless you have a coach or training that knows his shit....it takes a lot of try this try that to see what your body responds too...
anywhooo.....I know your going to do this so I would say 400 mg of
test ew..two shots per week...and keep the nolva on hand incase of flare ups...at your age, use the dex at .25 mg ed or maybe even eod and use the nolva as pct...get some clomid and hcg if you can..but to honest at your age I dont think your endocrine system will hurt too much with that much
test ew...
again....no disrepect bro...just have the experience and want to share it with you...thats why I've been here for nearly 10 yrs...and done just about every workout....
aas....regimen..diet..and dont want you to fall into a rut or make mistakes I made...
