Proven wrong in one of your later posts. Chronological time in the gym isnt what determines whether you are a novice or experienced. You may have been in the gym for the past 5 years (or whatever time), but you would still be considered a novice. Thats neither good nor bad, it is what it is. But it changes the workouts that some of us might help you with.

Try working 40-45 hours per week, studying for a professional exam, and being an MBA student. Then we can talk about being short on time.

Never heard that, but interesting. that kind of sounds like:\
The ab program you listed is the same garbage that you have probably read in the muscle mags. First, stop reading those magazines. If you want to look at the pictures, fine, but dont listen to ANY of the training advice contained in them (and most of the nutrition info, for that matter).

Second, youll never have abs if you dont get your diet in order. There is no such thing as spot reduction, so doing 20 minutes of abs 3-4x/wk will have no impact on your abs coming into view. As I said, I would get more results from my 2-3 sets 2x/wk than someone will using the program you listed.

N V ME, not to insult your intelligence in any way at all and i appreciate your input but, anyone second that and the training routine he posted?
I agree with most of what he said. I didnt read his lifting program so I wont comment on it.

i got in a spreadsheet on microsoft word. anyone know how i can post it?
Spreadsheets go in Excel, not Word.
We dont allow posting of Office documents. If you can figure out how to save it as a pdf or a jpg, then you can post it. Or post it on some file-hosting site and then we can look at it.

And lastly, still havn't gotten any input on creatine/adding another supplement?
Creatine is fine, but wont do any good for shedding fat.

I got the end all answer to your 10 week dilemma N Smitty. Make sure you stretch really well before you do this. Find a building where you can run about 10 flights of steps. Do this and when you get to floor 9 or 10 find a window you can open and jump out head first cause you have no chance in hell to get that beach body you want in just 10 weeks. No worry about what supplements or workout you have to do.

while your post is funny, it isn't accurate and definitely not helping.

it's not all that amazing to gain a pound of muscle per week when you're still young and under 200lbs (just like Smitty is).

nor is it unheard of to lose 1-2 pounds per week when you use the right exercise program combined with a good diet.

that gives our boy smitty a 10 pound swing if he busts his ass, either fat loss or muscle gain.

10 pounds on a 170 pound frame makes a huge difference visually

based on Smitty's info and a look at his pic, yes he definitely could get a good beach body in 10 weeks.

that is as long as he listens to some good advice and busts his ass.

if you don't know, then shut the fuck up. Seriously.

.
First of all it was meant to be a joke, second of all, from his posts smitty wants to put on about 15 pounds of muscle and lose 5 pounds of body fat. Those of us with brains know that is immpossible to do in only 10 weeks (more like 9 weeks since he first posted) Yeah, we all know he can gain a couple pounds of muslce or lose some fat with a good diet and excercise and blah blah, but thats not what hes looking for. So if you dont know, you should seriously shut the fuck up.

My workout I suggested consists of short intence workouts to failure with brief rest periods. You grow outside of the gym after workouts. I know your not trying to insult my intelligence, so to help you out a bit i will give you some background on me. I am a certified strength and conditioning specialist, I have a B.Sci. of human biology and am also a Doctor of Chiropractic. I have also been working out for 23 years, competed in bodybuilding for the last 18 years. Placed in top 5 of every show and won my weight class in my state contest. I am currently down to 235lbs at 6-0 in height. I normally weigh around 245-250lbs @10% bodyfat. I started at 135lbs, so I have learned a few things here and there.

Based on your goals, 15 pounds lbm and 5 lbs of fat loss is probably a fairly accurate guesstimate for you to reach your goals.

Also, Im getting really tired of all the flaming and bullshit posts going on lately. And it seems to only be happening with newbies around here. Cut the shit.

Your a skinny little runt. You dont need to be on this forum. Lift for two years and then come back here. Bob got the same impression I did, and I totaly agree that people new to AAS should spend some time reading and less time talking.
