OK,seriously, who here really uses Milk Thistle?

Is this worth using on say a cycle of Test E 250mg every 4-5 days?
Or is it just a myth?

On test E, I don't see the point. Your liver shouldn't be affected. I used to use milk thistle. "Back in the day", instead of everybody saying "don't forget PCT" when you talked about a cycle, it was "don't forget milk thistle." Times sure do change.
