I have some test , deca and d-bol to take , how should i run it . ?? I have a good idea but want to hear: .. I have lost an 1 1/2 on my arms the last 3 month's because of a run a have to do for work . Went from 257 to 237 from not lifting and doing the treadmill at the gym . I look bad , but was recently in FL and peeps said I still was big . ego . My run is his wed. Have not lifted in fear of gaining weight .............. Thank much

I'd keep it simple bro..

wk 1-12, Test E @ 500mg
wk 1-10, Deca @ 300-400mg
wk 1-6, Dbol @ 30+mg (whatever you can tolerate really)

I'd consider some low dose Dostinex/Cabergoline and Arimidex while on this cycle to keep my bloat/water in check.

You know how to eat, you know how to lift.. The cycle is a classic and will work.. Let us know how the run turns out.

Have ran alot of things . But mostly one drug at a time , so I'm really excited to see what this cycle does . Peace out . So ready to hit it hard ................
