yes it's ok to use. i'd use it for up to another year. all the exp date means is that it will lose some potency. so worst case - you get 225 mgs instead of 250.

As long as they were kept out of heat and light, they should be just fine. Chances are there will be no loss of potency. The US FDA actually has the ability to take expired prescription drugs and "relabel" them with a new expiration date as long as they can prove that they were kept in the proper environment...Dr. Nick

what about HGH? a friend of mine let some saizen expire a couple of years ago. at the time that stuff was expensive $200 for 15ius.

if it's still good, maybe I could get it cheap.
