Default ? on nand cyp
I'm only using nand cyp for the joint lube. Think it would be ok to take this once a week instead of twice?
I know I should have just got some deca, but I got a really good deal on the cyp.

You should be fine. I've seen some strength athletes take regular deca every 10 days with the desired effects. Let us know how one shot every 7 days works out. Good luck.

Prod, why are you running that really low. I would run it at at least 400 a week or higher. If you are afraid of water gain, worry about that when you switch to cutting cycle and there are supps and vitamins you can take to help with that.

Once per week with any cypionate ester is ok, but probably not optimal, which would be 2x/week.

The dosage most guys start to really feel the joint benefits at, is as Storm says, which is around 400mg/week.
