whoa what the fuck is goin on here! my damn feet are swelling up...especially at the ankles! this whole cycle i have had no water retention at all, none while on dbol. i stop the dbol and my damn ankles swell up whats goin on! i will admit i did eat mcdonald last night big deal it was one time.

oh sorry i made a few posts about cycle and thought everyone knew my bad. im on 500wk/sust and wk 1-4 dbol 30-40mged. i am on wk 7 now. i took dandelion and B6 and also some winstrol tonight because this swollen feet thing scares me

yeah i am taking ldex but have not been taking it lately because i have seen no bloat...except on the ankles last night! this shit is wierd

Could be symptoms of high blood presure. You may want to get checked out. JMO

yes his bp is probably high because of water retention. l-dex will do the trick.

yeah i am back to taking the ldex at .25mg ED. the swelling has gotten a little better but still there

first i would say pm your questions to swale or ask it in the nutrition forum for him to see

how much water are you drinking and how much protien are you eating a day .. you could be taxing your kidney's although this is more of a long shot than the posiblity of BP

do you spend most of the day on your feet ect . these are all things
i would guess he needs to know
