PCT:

Wk 12 HCG 500iu ED
Wk 12-16 Arimidex 1mg ED

Missing anything? Doses ok etc?

1) Don't use dianabol and anadrol at the same time.
2) Increase your nandrolone dose
3) Use more then just hCG for PCT

I have read in a couple of posts that dbol and drol work well together but must be used at lower doses than normal because of their liver toxicity. I was intending on using arimidex or nolva with the hcg for pct as the hcg use will only be for 10 days. What would you recommend raising the nandrolone dosage to?

Keep the sust at 500mg ew the entire cycle.....front loading with 750mg is worthless, if you are going to front load you will have to hit it higher than that....Personally I think front loading does nothing.

Like the poster above said, do not run anadrol and dbol at the same time.

Keep the deca dose the same the entire cycle, 300mg EW is good....run it till week 9.

PCT needs work, Arimidex at .5 ed is good but you should also use some clomid.


You should also be at least 23 years old and have at least 4 years of hard natural training under your belt.

Cheers for that bro, ok so dbol or drol one or the other, any suggestions as to which one with this cycle? Also how much arimidex/nolva should be kept on hand for during the cycle in case I start to get itchy nips, I know what I need for the pct. Read that clomid gives PMS(Princess Mental Syndrome) symptoms and generally kinda f**ks with your head was trying to avoid it.

General rule of thumb when front loading is to take the mg dose you plan on running throughout cycle and double it the first two weeks. Also, will you be running Nandrolone Decanoate or Nandrolone Phenylpropionate?

This a reviewed version taking on board the feedback I have received. Dont think I am going to bother frontloading its only complicating things. Will be using Nandrolone Decanoate cant get any Nandrolone Phenylpropionate at the moment, the main differences are only really in speed of action and frequency of injections from waht I understand anyways also some people seem to get less sides from npp. Any views on the above posts aswell?

no need to front load if you're running an Oral, you will feel it. I would run HCG during the cycle. I would also run Arimidex during the cycle, and use Nolvadex for post cycle. Why are you using Clen? How are you going to manage to pull 600mg of 250mg/mL solution? Do 0.5 EOD that works out to 500mg a week or slightly over by a couple of points.. It's enough bro.

Ah meant to change that to sust400 thanks for pointing that one out, run Hcg at 500iu a wk then split into 2 injections say tues and fri. What would you suggest running the adex at during the cycle? Was planning on using the clen mainly for anti-catabolic effect until evertything is back on track.

some natural test boosters, and something for prolactin and cortisol would be better than clen..

Ok right have some 6-oxo lying round have about a months worth of that, what to use for cortisol and prolactin though and would they be really neccessary to run during pct/cycle?

i have heard people say not to take anadrol and deca together because it caused them to get progesterone gyno symptoms.
