Hi, I'm new to the forum.
A few notes about me. I'm 23 years old, 5' 10'', 234 pounds, around 12% bf, 2 years training seriously, 5 since I began training, when I was 18.
What do you think about this one? This is going to be my first cycle:
- Sustanon 250: 500 mg/week, during 8 weeks, injecting monday and thursday.
- Deca: 400 mg/week, during 8 weeks, except in weeks 4 and 5, with 500 mg in those weeks.
- Dianabol: 8 tablets/day, during 6 weeks. In week 7: 4 tablets/day.
- Clomid and Tamoxifen: 2/day, during 10 weeks
- Clenbuterol: during the last weeks, the numbers 9, 10 and maybe 11.
I wanted to know your opinions, what would you change, your thoughts, any experience...

Test only for your first cycle...
weeks:
1-8 Test E or Test cyp at 500mg a week ( 250mg 2x a week)

PCT begins 14 days after last shot
4 weeks of Nolvadex...60/40/40/20mg per week

drop that cycle bro..glad to see you are of some maturity and have a decent training background and stats..but IMO.. a test only cycle is what you need..nothing less nothing more...

I would do say 400 mg of test e or cyp ew for 10-12 weeks...you can add a fast acting oral say var or dbol if you want..but test only is a good first cycle....you wont be disappointed....then do the regular pct according to our stickys

Finally, my trainer has give me the plan for the cycle. Instead Dianabol, I'm going to go with Stanoplex (stanozolol. The same dosages and time), and not the clenubterol at the end.
Tamoxifen 10 mg and Omifin: 1 with breakfast, and 1 with evening meal.Besides the fact that this is a first cycle, what do you think about it? Is it well done? What would you change? ...

Well for the fact that it is your first cycle its too much IMO. Keep those sort of doses for your 3rd or 4th cycle when growth will be more difficult, you dont need it yet.

Just test 500mg a week with maybe some Dbol the first 4-6 weeks. 10mg of nolva ED and save the clomid for post cycle.

Adding the stanoplex instead of dbol doesnt make much sense either, seeing that it is a bulking cycle, you will get more from the dbol.

Tamoxifen is weeks 1-8, Clomid weeks 1-10. I take them for preventing gyno...
Why Winny? I want to bulk, yes, but pounds that I can maintain, not so many water...

i cant think of a good reason to use dbols at this stage. not one.

bro listen: your trainer, whos also prolly selling you the shit, or middle manning it or however.... is of course gonna load you up with as much as you can buy. hes making money after all.

here are guys that dont give a fuck about your cash and are just adding in comments because you asked a question. theyre telling you nyou dont need all that shit.

1 shot of test every 5 days at 400mg a shot. that is plenty for a first timer, and in all honesty you shouldnt use much more the second time around.

you say you ewant to retain as much as possible with no bloat etc. cool. do you think maybe that buy loading up your body with all kinds of hormones, when you come off, that youre gonna drop a ton of muscle that way too?

its your choice. but if you are gonna largely not listen to guys just trying to help you here, i have to ask why you asked at all?
