im new around here and never have used steroids and stopped training and exercising for 5 years and about 6/7 months have started again and at past never used any suplement just eating good.
at my first month, i started trying suplementation and i take:
. creatine, whey, bcaa's, glutamine, casein
after starting training again i was for eg:
w: 88kg
biceps: 37
now after 6 months:
h: 1,78m
w: 82kg
age: 31
biceps: 42
i have read about steroids and safe or not safe and now in a conjuction with some factors, lets say i trained since Dec-May and that i had to stop until Aug cause i done a quadriceps ropture and now i lose biceps measures, strenght, got some belly fat i want to get this all together and do some ligth cut cause at this moment i have:
w: 85kg
biceps: 40
so after the ligth cut and get some strength i can restart the growth with quality.
what i have in mind(not forgeting a diet low in carbs but richer in proteins) its:
40mgrs Oxandrolone every day (should i take 20mgrs/12h or 10mgrs/6h?);
suplementation every day:
. 40grs whey
. 50grs casein
. 2grs bcaa's
. 10grs glutamine
. 10 grs creatine
PCT and protection is my doubt, shoul or shouldnt do it?i think i should but dont know what and how.
