Starting Stat : 5 8", 208lbs BF = 20% around Supplement while on : R-ALA between 300-600mg ED splitted in 3 dose with meal. Thyrolan (ECY stack) first week at 2 caps a day, after bump to 4 Vitamin C (3g a day) Vitamin E (800IU a day) Multi-Vitamine (1 a day) CLA (3g a day) Omega3 (3g a day) V8 (between 1 to 3 a day) Plan of action with DNP (May adjust as time goes) first week (or 5 days) : 200mg second week (or 5 days): 300mg third week (or 5 days): 400mg fourth week and last (or 5 days): 500-600mg Weight training plan : set/rep scheme : 10-12/light weight Cardio ED (*If able to*) : low intensity 20-30 min Diet Plan : Will see how it goes. I plan P/C/F ratio of 50/30/20 --> As surfer proposed. Blueberries added --> JLo comment. Starting November 6. Any input or tweak will be gladly welcome. |

200mg, down this morning. Nothing apparent except the ECYA stack that kicks me hard, I feel like I'm on amphetamine... (I'm so not resistant to any stimulant, even coffee makes me all nervous) BP kinda high on this stuff tho... 133... No good I know... 208lbs this morning. Will post measurement later on in the day and some pics tonite.

Ordered some CoQ10 and Hawthorn Berry for the BP, should have it somewhere Next week. Any other way to decrease my BP? I do feel like I eradiate more heat... In fact I am in a quite cold office, and I am quite hot... (May be the ECYA stack too...)

Fish oil would also be good to supplement with if you aren't taking it already. It can give a modest drop in BP. |

On BB4U Board, I had Nitehawk that told me CoQ10 and Hawt Berry made his BP lower from 144/90 to 120/80... It's not really expensive so I may give it a shot. Elseway is it a big problem to keep high BP for a month? Will it do me really bad?

Week-end have passed. 200 mg ED, I checked my temp, I was at 96.2 (below normal temp). I was radiating defnitly a bit more heat and I had small sweat here and there and I am sweating a bit a night but nothing to make my sleep bad. As far as weight loss goes, well didn't move really yet. I will go to 300mg tomorrow as the side are really barely noticeable. When everybody is cold I am warm, for now it's even an advantage
