PCT advice, first cycle

Starting my first cycle soon, 10 weeks Test 400 kickstarted with 4 weeks dbol.

Iv done lots of reading on PCT but with so much info and opinions, im a bit unsure how to plan my PCT.

If anyone could please recommend a suitable PCT for the above cycle i'd really appreciate it.

6 days after last injection I would start HCG at 500 i.u. a day for 10 days. 16 days after last injection i'd start clomid and Tamoxifen(nolvadex) something like this:

Clomid:
Day 1: 300mg
Day 2-11: 100mg daily
Day 12-21: 50mg daily

Tamoxifen:
week 1: 40mg daily
week 2: 40mg daily
week 3: 20mg daily
week 4: 20mg daily

Tamoxifen is outdated and too site specific

use the Suicidal Estrogen Inhibitor WITH NO resbound ( Extemestane is the CHOICE)

Also No need to front load Clomid , 50 mgs a day will do just fine
