ok. im from norway. so i dont understand all.. but what is PCT, and brigde?

PCT = Post Cycle Treatment. Basically, this is the part after the cycle to get your nuts back in check to start producing it's own testosterone again. Also, it's very important to block estrogen during this time to prevent gyno. Options include but not limited to nolvadex and clomid.

Bridge = a myth that may or may not exist. basically, something that bridges from one cycle to another during PCT or during the break time between cycles that will allow HPTA and LH levels to return to normal. there's much speculation on this but the only thing i know of is IGF-1.

PCT= post cycle therapy. taking either hcg, nolva. clomid or all to get natural test levels back after a cycle.
Bridge= Doing a small amount of gear between cycles
