I am finishing a 6 week cycle of 500 mg / week Test-e. Yes, I know it should go longer, but this is my first cycle, and I added 12 lbs. So, I am fine to stop right now and work on some natual cutting.

I have lots of Nolva, 20 50mg tabs of Clomid, and 500 IU of HCG.

My original plan was to use Clomid and Nolva - I had the HCG as backup.

However, I am currently battling what can best be described as a mild bout of depression and it really sucks. I think (hope) this is all hormone related. Since I have read that Clomid can make you feel depressed, I think I want to stay away from that.

Will 2 weeks of 20mg / day of Nolva be enough?

Depression is common after a cycle, I many times got sick too.

HCG will help with the depression.

When exactally was your last shot of test?

HCG is a must. Not a backup. thats my opinion.

My bro crashed hard and within 1 day he felt much better after a shot of HCG.

Last shot was on Monday morning - 250 mg Test-e.

So, can you give me a summary of what to take when? I have been already taking 20mg Nolva every evening.

Ok, two more bits of info . . .

I have 5000 IU of HCG, not 500.

As far as I can tell, I have had zero atrophy. This seems to indicate that HCG is not necessary.

I want to keep my gains, but I want to feel better ASAP. And based on how I feel, I am a bit worried about the Clomid.

Atrophy is not a sign if you need HCG or not.

Some people just never get atrophy. never in there lives.

I would run the HCG if you want to keep your gains.

Well, judging by the way you feel, I would bang some HCG clomid and nolva.
That seems to help me best for recovery.
I notice clomid over nolva.
But then again I dont get the sides off of any of those and alot of people do.
I did clomid @ 50 mg twice a day 100mg max a day for 30 days.
I also did nolva @ 20mg for 45 days.

Many times HCG helps to avoid the crash.
