PCT... nolva? clomid? arimidex?

hi guys,

i am running a cycle of test-e @ 250mg/week for about 8-10 weeks (it is my first cycle and i'm being a little cautious).

i am onto week 3 of my shots, and i have to admit, it took me a little while to settle on 250mg/week (ie. i've taken a shot of 0.75ml, one of 0.5ml and one of 1ml in the last 2 weeks... my bad.. stupid, i know).

so far, i have only seen a minor drop in the size of my testicles. i cant imagine that there would be a massive drop in the size of my 'boys' at such a low dose... but, you never know.

so can someone tell me...... in terms of PCT, i have clomid, nolva and arimidex. i've read some horror stories about clomid but then some people say that it works, and works well.

one guy suggested using both clomid AND nolva.

so.. what gives??? can those of you who have had experience in this field, please make a suggestion.

i have everything for PCT, however i havent sorted out what to take and the appropriate quantities.

3 weeks in, how many more do you plan to go? goto 8 or 10?

250mg is enough to shut your natural test production off. So Testicular atrophy can happen even at those lose dosages.

Read up on PCT.

I usually run a low dose course like yours (200mg test for 8 weeks). I get great results and a comfort of mind that I havn't put my body under to much pressure.

I have always had PCT success with every day doses:
week1:40mg Tamoxifen
week2:40mg Tamoxifen
week3:20mg Tamoxifen
week4:20mg Tamoxifen

I also run 20mg Tamoxifen every other day during cycle, and in the two weeks after cycle before I start PCT, and I feel that helps alot with PCT later.

My first cycle was much the same as yours and I recovered fine with just 6 weeks of nolva at 20mg ed.
Clomid on the other hand, I've relapsed twice from. Don't know why though.

But nolva and clomid are both SERMS and are what you would need for PCT. Arimidex is not, and is therefore not for PCT.
