Should PCT be split up throughout the day? - MESO-Rx

I am taking nolva at 20mg everyday. There is 20mg in a single pill. Can i take it in the morning or should i cut it in half and have 10mg in the morning and 10mg at night? Will it make a difference?

Just take it in one dose.

Taken once daily is fine like the boys already said...take at night so you can sleep through any possible sides...clomid used to make me cry when I would watch" Old Yeller.."...
