PCT Started today

So I started PCT today, it has been 14 days since my last Test E shot.

I ended up only doing 8 weeks at 500mg/week as opposed to my original plans of 10, because of a nasty cold and hopes of being fully recovered when I go on Spring Break March 16th, goin to Florida and don't want to worry about PCT while I'm there.

I am doing:

wk 10 - 20mg nolva Ed + 100mg clomid Ed
wk 11 - 20mg nolva Ed + 50mg clomid Ed
wk 12 - 20mg nolva Ed + 50mg clomid Ed
wk 13 - 20mg nolva
wk 14 - 20mg nolva
wk 15 - 20mg nolva
wk 16 -18 taper off 10 - 5 - 2.5 - 0.

Look good? Didn't feel as tho I needed HCG for this small cycle.


I originally shot up 23 lbs in about 6 weeks, then got up to 205 from 180. Holding steady now at 197. I lost about 3lbs of water from last week to today.

and I also learned that I am one of those people that break out during PCT, not on cycle... got it on my shoulders and back, not bad really, nothing big so hopefully that will just stay like that and go away.

I would not really bother with the taper on the nolva,one week of 10mg would be fine.The lower doses are a bit of a waste of time really.If your nuts are still in shape then you should be fine without HCG.If you were on a 12 weeker i would recommend it.Keep the calories up during PCT and don't make the mistake of trying to lose fat while on PCT.Wait until your hormone levels are more stable.

I traced the post cycle acne to Clomid, snow I just use a higher dose of Tamox and things are much better
