first off heres an option on the post workout meal, either wait a while before you eat, that meal or go with a high protein mod. fat meal, to keep the fat burning going (fat burning stops in the presence of insulin), so either wait a while for the insulin spike (recovery) or just eat proten and some good essential fatty acids. another option with your diet is to just eat all your carbs for the day in the post workout shake and the meal following, that way the carbs are less likely to be stored as fat and will be used in the recovery process, i have done this in the past with great results, but its really hard to choke down that much food in such a small amount of time. but the results are amazing. and i get so much more fat burning early in the day. hope this helps. o and the cyle, running short esters that long will really suck bro, why not start off with enanthate and later on switch to prop, your body will thank you for it, don't worry about bloat because you should be running an anti-E throughout anyway, increasing the anti-e the last couple of weeks before the show, and i would save the masteron for the last 4 or 5 weeks before the show, then you will really see masteron work its magic, when you are at a lower bodyfat!
O yea kill the fruit bro, fructose will do you no good precontest, just be sure to eat lots of green leafy veggies and a multi vitamin, fructose replenishes liver glycogen before muscle glycogen, so why use it? keep the fruit to offseason, its serves no purpose precontest.
I think you should reduce the carbs a little or at least go with something lower on the GI after your morning cardio.
As for post workout, keep your carbs in there man, at least for now. That's when you need them the most.
Looks like way too many calories and carbs. You don't make difference between carb consumption on training days vs. non training days. By training days I mean the days you lift. Contest prep cardio should be ED in the am. The only time I would consume more than about 200 grams of carbs during contest prep (even lifting days) would be the final few days before contest during my carb loading phase.
Also your protien should be around 400 grams for your size.
Looks a little carb heavy for the entire 16 weeks. I don't know if this was going to be the whole 16 weeks (cycle and diet) with the contest at weeek 16 or an added couple of weeks after the cycle for a contest. Thinking about any Clen or T3?
This looks good for about the first 8 weeks then you're going to have to cut both carbs and calories as the contest approaches.

good point bro, about the carb, everyone is missing the point here, he is 16 weeks or so out, if he was to cut the carbs to 2 or 3 hundred then later on in the diet how do you think he is going to be able to cut calories, you don't start a precontest diet with low freaking carbs, then you have nothing to cut later on, and NO you shouldn't do cardio every freakin day, then what do you do later on like 5 weeks out????? start cardio at about 3 days a week for a few weeks then go to 30 mins 5 days a weeks for a couple of weeks then go 30 mins everyday for a few weeks and well you get the idea, you don't burn all your bridges up front!

EXCELLENT advice, B-boy!! Small, subtle changes make BIG differences in your physique. Especially, when dieting... Start moderate, then make changes when your body reaches a plateau.
