I finished my 2nd Sust 250 cycle about 2 months ago and have persistent back/shoulder acne. I never had acne issues before the cycle but it won't seem to go away after this 2nd cycle of Sustanon. I had no problems with it on the firsy cycle. What should I do to get rid of it?
Accutane!! I haven't had acne since. Only take it if it's real bad. Try tazorac gel applied once everynight before bed. Also you can take antibiotics and tan to kill the bacteria. Accutane is the only one that worked for me unfortunatly. Accutane makes you feel like hell but gets rid of the acne after some time.

greyowl....all the dosing recommendations on b5 from the acne stores online along with with SUP1's line of acne blast prodcucts recommend usaully 10 to even 20 grams of b-5 for 1 week to 3 weeks....an then after 3 weeks lower the dose to a maitnence dose
i myself did not see any results from b-5 at doses between 1 gram -10 grams ed but not eveyone gets results from b5....

Also, don't forget to wash/bleach the sheets you sleep on, at least every 3rd day.
Dont keep wearing the same t-shirt and gym clothes you worked out in the day before.
Carry a towel with you when you go work out and lay it on the bench you are using, so many skin problems are picked up due to unsanitary gym equipment.
If all of the advice posted by everyone above doesn't help you...It may be terminal.
I've tried all the maintenance options mentioned by the others--B-5 supplementation, tanning 2x weekly, and liquid accutane. It was months after a test/tren cycle and I was still plagued by acne when I finally decided to go see a dermatologist. A combination of oral antibiotics (doxycycline) + topicals (benzaclin worked VERY well) got me to where I wanted, and I've remained clear even as my hormone levels are 'up' again. It is, ultimately, bacteria that cause the inflammation. Once they take hold, for many of us, it's not easy to shake them loose, so to speak. I'd spend the extra $ and visit a good doc. Had I known earlier, I would not have hesitated to save myself from worrying and wasting a lot of effort on ineffectual treatments.
