its a third world country bro... that means that the law will be very similar to ol' mex, but what you might run into is a supply and demand issue. Because of the increased control on airtravel, which I assume is your mode, the demand for jamaican supply may be low. Consequently, if we were to graph this we would see that the supply will be resultantly small. you have to remember that the reason for the HUGE mex supply was not because of the individuals coming across buying for themselves but because of the illicit trafficing. that's why you can go to tijuana and nuevo laredo and come up with a vast array of product, but if you head to piedras negras or some other small town with only minor highway access it becomes much more difficult.
this is all just speculation of course. never been to jamaica, but I have friends from puero rico... and all those islands are similar as far as we are concerned here.
