Phentermine Advise

Has anyone used it, and if so how did you dose it? I am 6' 275 and was going to try it and see if it sheds weight like it claims too......any and all advise appreciated...thanks

Never tried it, but I'm sure it would help you lose weight although there are better products out there for rapid weight loss and probably less side effects. I'm assuming you're trying to drop weight quickly, would this be for a show, or just to lose weight in general? I personally think that anyone who is really trying to lose weight in a permanent fashion is doing themselves a disfavor by taking products like Clenbuterol, DNP, phentermine (which is a constitutional isomer of methamphetamine), etc... When someone loses weight via these methods they will gain it all back or more 9 out of 10 times.

FYI - Numerous clinical studies have shown that phentermine loses its effectiveness within 12-14 weeks and becomes virtually useless.

Back when Phen/fen was available, I could loose 15-20lbs in a month. No problem.
Phentermine by itself, for me, is not that effective. I got better loss from Meridia.


Now. I am on DNP F the diet pills.

I think he means if you take it and loose weight and don't really learn to eat to loose weight you will eventually gain the weight back. Eating habits should be changed to keep it off or you will need it as maintenance also.

Ive used it and was not too impressed..forget the dnp bro....

if you use anything, I would look into some clen/t3....then a smart diet along with cardio....

If I had to play the innocent angle on your shoulder, I would say dont use anything other than diet and training manipulation to change your body type and size...trust me, you will be more healthy and intuned to your body, which will benefit you.
