I'm just curious why you would recommend only 8 weeks on test (any ester except prop) when it takes 5 weeks, give or take, to kick in. Usually test is recommended for longer cycles, like 12, 16, etc. I would think 10 or 12 weeks would be more appropriate for newbies. At 8 weeks, you're only getting about 3 weeks of quality building before you have to stop.

Test is recommended for EVERY cycle...not just longer ones.. And I do not believe that it takes 5 weeks to kick in... Everyone I know personaly notices gains well within 3 weeks. And eight weeks is simple.. that's the point.. to keep it simple and get a good feel for what cycling is. I've ran a great deal of 8 week cycles in my life, and I've made it very close to 300lbs... So I know first hand that an 8 week cycle is a productive cycle. And 2 months is not an extremely short period of time.
If I go with the first cycle you posted, the 500 mg of Sustanon for 8 weeks, is the recovery cycle information you posted applicable? Or is it only applicable/needed for cycles 2 and 3?
