Couple Questions

1. Why is Test so important to take with each cycle?
2. If I take Sust how will it affect my temper in comparison to say Deca? Acne?
3. Is this the way to go if I don't want to get super huge? I just want to add 10-15 lbs max and lean down...I'm 5'11'' ~210

If I wanted to take Winstrol (1st cycle ever) when should it be taken (before workout or after) how many cc's (*I 'm not sure of the conversion to ml*) and should I increase the amounts? If so, how much(increase dosage or times taken per week). I'm 5'9, 185-195 depening on the week. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time.

First how old are you?

And I would not recommend winstrol as a first cycle... You can see what I recommend for a first cycle.. I hate winstrol with a passion...

But to answer your question.. usualy WInstrol is either 50mg per ML or 100mg Per Ml.. and 1 ml = 1 cc

I'm 25, it was recommended by a friend, so that's what I got. He's quite a bit bigger than I'd like to be and has been cycling on and off for years so I assumed that the amounts he uses (and the frequency ) would be different for someone in my position. BTW Great post, very informative. Thanks.

isent it waste to run deca for only 6 week? it takes 4 weeks to kick in.

One question though. I'm considering trying cycle #3, are the dosages of Sust and Deca close to being set in stone for all bodyweights, or could a big guy (250lb) step it up a bit (125%) and a skinny guy (160lb) tone it down to around 75%? I ask because I'm not going at this alone, and my friend (yes, he actually does exist) and I are wary of inproper dosing on our first go.

Just trying to cover all bases before sampling the forbidden fruit.

I'd say those dosages are fine as an all around figure...believe me on your first cycle...500mg test + 300mg deca + 30mg Dbol will make you grow nicely..

Quevedo... this cycle is intended for less experienced users and as an introductory into using anabolics.... Anyone will do well on 6 weeks of deca for their first cycle...and I don't really buy into that "4" weeks to kick in stuff.... And another thing to consider...it will take nearly two weeks for that deca to clear after he stops administering..so it's about 2 months of using gear all the way around...

I've done this cycle MANY MANY times myself.... and it has always been succesful for me.
