I'd say those dosages are fine as an all around figure...believe me on your first cycle...500mg test + 300mg deca + 30mg Dbol will make you grow nicely..
Quevedo... this cycle is intended for less experienced users and as an introductory into using anabolics.... Anyone will do well on 6 weeks of deca for their first cycle...and I don't really buy into that "4" weeks to kick in stuff.... And another thing to consider...it will take nearly two weeks for that deca to clear after he stops administering..so it's about 2 months of using gear all the way around...
I've done this cycle MANY MANY times myself.... and it has always been succesful for me.

A must read for any newbie. Making that first injection is always the scariest. Luckily for me, I had a complete stranger who happened to be a nurse visiting my hometown. I asked her if she would show me how to inject and without hesitation she said yes. She had a few friends there which was cool but without her kindness I don't know if I would have gone through it on my own. I owe her big time.
Phreezer I have 3 questions for you, they could be stupid questions but I just want to make sure.
1. With the Bi-weekly injections, on what days do you recommend for injecting? How far apart should the injections be? Monday and Friday? Tuesday and Thursday? Or doesn't it matter?
2. With the post cycle recovery. When you say 20mg of Nolva ED starting and ending on the same day as HCG. Then you start it a day after your last injection of Sust and take it for 10 days along with the HCG?
3. Also when you said you could take 40-80mg of Nolva if you're prone to Gyno. I'm assuming you meant that you start it at the same time as you would if you were only taking 20mg and just extending it for an extra 4 days??

I recommend about every 3 days apart or so... Say Monday and Thursday. IMO that would be a pretty good dosing schedule (I've used that one myself..many many times)

Yes... if your last shot of test is on a friday.. then start the HCG Saturday or Sunday.. and start the Nolva at the same time..

Perhaps I'm not completely understanding your question here.. but I'll try to answer what I think you have asked..... If you start to develop itchy or painful nipples that begin to swell.. You can take about 40-80mg of Nolvadex and that should stop the symptoms of gyno.. If you are not having the symptoms I just mentioned, then there is no need to administer Nolva at those dosages. the regular dosage protocal applies.
