Physician assisted therapy ...

I have secured a physician to assist me in taking a cycle. However given his lack of awareness to anabolics I will be dictating what he prescribes. Given that some drugs like Sustanon 250 are not made in the US (as far as I know) what is a good substitute for it? As well, what others make a good stacking cycle that a US doc can prescribe?
