You have a good frame and can put a lot more muscle on naturally! It really looks like you just need a lot more time in the gym doing little more than bench, squats and deads. That along with 4k calories/day and you'll grow naturally just fine.

I wish I knew what it was like to eat and eat and not gain a pound. I can gain muscle easily but fat just as easily if not worse. If i went on a straight bulker I'd get to 300 in a few months I bet. But at the expense of 30% bf. MAX you're such a joker with your 14" FOREarms.

Looking lean and mean Reinheart, keep up the good work. No need for the juice at your age. When I was your age I weighed a whopping 110lb, (just a lil' turd), I'm 5'9", about 190-195 right now at 30 years old...I wish I would have taken before and after pictures Didn't try roids till I was 27-28. So how are you legs comin along? Do you squat? And if you don't deadlift....definitely do so. Happy lifting. ![]() E-Dawg,

Guys i really appreciate your kind and most encouraging words and i am most grateful to you! ![]() I'm sick and tired being called bag of bones. It happens every day. Some people look at me and probably like what they see while other say i'm skinny like a lassie. Right now i'm suffering a second tendonitis (on my right shoulder this time) and that's because i train very heavy and then have to do both psysical and desk work. I really get tired everyday but most college students work to be more independant. It happens to be one of them and i can tell you that it fucks you up sometimes. I don't always get enough rest and i even miss a meal or two while at work because i'm too busy. Anyway, i think i'm very strong for my size and bodyweight as i can deadlift 400x5, curl 100 for 8-10x4 sets, squat 340x3, row 180 for 8-10x3-4 sets and press 133 for 3x8-10 reps. My bench press lacks but now that i've envolved more basic mass movements for my triceps such as weighted dips and close bar bench presses (scullcrushers occasionaly as i don't always feel them work that much) the scales go up quickly. Don't forget that i had two shoulder injuries in a row whith not much time between them in both shoulders and now that keeps me back i believe. But i always find the strenght and courage to move on to something greater. I always try to keep my self motivated!!!

A cycle of anavar, extremely mild, and andriol, not an effective steroid, and I would consider you still natural. I would keep it up until you hit a plateau. You have only been training for a year and a half and i have a strong feeling that your legs are lacking behind your back. I would concentrate on powerlifting exercises with rep ranges adjusted for bodybuilding and keep force feeding yourself red meat and lots of carbs. Do not worry about eating "clean", chicken breast and brown rice is not going to get you to where you want to go. You need steaks and cheeseburgers to accumulate those calories. I would also recommend a weight gainer shake like cytogainer once or twice a day, perhaps right before bed. You have a good start and now its time to take it to the next level with nutrition and hard and heavy training. Good luck and godspeed.

Cory, If you just started doing legs 4 months ago and gained 20 lbs last year not doing legs..you are doing fantastic gaining.What I mean by that is once you start to work your legs heavy like you do upper body you will surely gain another 20 lbs.Do legs 2 x per week now that the shoulders are a problem..do a heavy leg day and a light leg day.If you want to look like Frank you gotta start with the legs.Guy's come and go in our little gym and never once visit the squat rack..they just bench like crazy for like 3 sets,do 3 sets of curls and walk out the door and drive off.legs are painfull and not much fun to work..when you do it right you will often puke,you cannot feel your legs, it is almost impossible to walk down any steps on the way out the door..you will also eat huge after good legs day.I want you to hammer those legs from here on out..it will stimulate new growth and gains in your upper body..thanks for having the balls to post your pics..mine will be coming about june 1.. I want to show max my 18 " plus arms so he can show me a picture of his 18" pecker

Yeah, i guess. =) I did the heavy day today. I'll do legs again on friday so i was thinking to change the classic squat with the front squat. Would that work or should i just keep doing the classic squat in the range: 3/4x20 reps? Looking forward to see your pics bro! Regarding the leg training, it's fucking painful. God. Especially when it comes calves and streching.
