Looks like your chest could use some work. Especially upper chest but it might just be how your standing. Back is nice and tight though. Keep it up bro.

Yes, that's what i thought. Upper and inner chest more. I also have to do more wide grip barbell curls and basic mass movements for my triceps. I think my 14 inch arms are not in proportion with the rest of my body.

Looking ripped and lean bro..you could definately model with that body.A few questions ; Age,years lifting,any experience yet with gear ? you are off to a great start bro..dont quit though ..the muscle will dissapear off you over night.Also..are you a hard gainer? How much did you weight this time last year compared to now ?I know you must like that lean look but in order to get bigger you will have to throw that out the window temporarily and bulk bulk bulk.It is hard to do for guys like you and i but it can be done.I am just a bit shorter than you 5'10" and am about 180-185..I was your size and even smaller when I began lifting over 13 years ago.I bet if you packed on just 20 more pounds you would be thrilled and it would make a huge difference in the mirror.

Thanks so much for your lovely comment bro!!! I'm 19 (near 20), i've been training for about 1,5 years and i've done only one cycle so far with anavar and andriol. I am a hardgainer (ecto-mesomorph) and last summer i was approximately 145lbs. That's 20 goud pounds i've gained. The good thing is that due to my small bones, i keep a low fat percentage even on a bulking phase. The problem is that my fat gets stored at the sides mainly and i get love handles but i think i can live with that. =) Yeah, the transformation was rather amazing to my eyes. I get a lot bigger in the gym of course because i always get the hell of a pump!!!

20 lbs in 1 year is really good..just keep it up and do not mess with the gear.Stay natural as long as possible..and oh yeah..go eat something right now ! I force fed myself a full lunch at 10;30 am and another one at 12;30 pm on top of the 3 breakfast's i already had earlier.These bigger guys on here have no idea what it is like to eat eat eat and never gain a freaking pound !

Yeah it's good progress. I just had dinner! Hehe! Actually i feel desperate on 5 to 6 meals a day. There are days i get 8 and even 9. Not always huge quantities but good foods and snacks. =) Bigger guys have no clue how much we suffer.

I still find myself gagging at the end of the day and still having four more meals to go ha ha ha. But Im constantly gaining so that always a plus. It really is true...Once you start getting your diet under control and how it should be you start gaining constantly.

I don't get much much weight but bigger and more defined muscles. It's weird. I can maintain what i have and my muscles grow relatively easy but bodyweight just won't go up anymore. What the fuck's wrong?

Seriously, you've gotten some good advice from dennis and others. I would strongly encourage you to stay off the juice. You have a good frame and can put a lot more muscle on naturally! It really looks like you just need a lot more time in the gym doing little more than bench, squats and deads. That along with 4k calories/day and you'll grow naturally just fine.

I wish I knew what it was like to eat and eat and not gain a pound. I can gain muscle easily but fat just as easily if not worse. If i went on a straight bulker I'd get to 300 in a few months I bet. But at the expense of 30% bf. MAX you're such a joker with your 14" FOREarms.

Looking lean and mean Reinheart, keep up the good work. No need for the juice at your age. When I was your age I weighed a whopping 110lb, (just a lil' turd), I'm 5'9", about 190-195 right now at 30 years old...I wish I would have taken before and after pictures Didn't try roids till I was 27-28.
So how are you legs comin along? Do you squat?
And if you don't deadlift....definitely do so. Happy lifting.

Guys i really appreciate your kind and most encouraging words and i am most grateful to you!
I'm sick and tired being called bag of bones. It happens every day. Some people look at me and probably like what they see while other say i'm skinny like a lassie. Right now i'm suffering a second tendonitis (on my right shoulder this time) and that's because i train very heavy and then have to do both psysical and desk work. I really get tired everyday but most college students work to be more independant. It happens to be one of them and i can tell you that it fucks you up sometimes. I don't always get enough rest and i even miss a meal or two while at work because i'm too busy. Anyway, i think i'm very strong for my size and bodyweight as i can deadlift 400x5, curl 100 for 8-10x4 sets, squat 340x3, row 180 for 8-10x3-4 sets and press 133 for 3x8-10 reps. My bench press lacks but now that i've envolved more basic mass movements for my triceps such as weighted dips and close bar bench presses (scullcrushers occasionaly as i don't always feel them work that much) the scales go up quickly. Don't forget that i had two shoulder injuries in a row whith not much time between them in both shoulders and now that keeps me back i believe. But i always find the strenght and courage to move on to something greater. I always try to keep my self motivated!!!
